	I get blocked when I try to download new library images. How can I download these images?

Solution If your Windows settings or your firewall stops you from downloading new library images from the Perspector Panel, get and install the latest library images manually by following these steps:

1. Click below to download the appropriate zip file:

Perspector 2.3
Library images that were installed with Perspector version 2.3.
New library images for Perspector version 2.3.

Perspector 3
All library images for Perspector 3.

Perspector 4
All library images for Perspector 4.

2. In Windows Explorer, navigate to the Perspector Library folder. The location of this folder depends on which version of Perspector and Windows you are using:

Perspector 2 and 3
C:\Program Files\Perspector\library

Perspector 4 + Windows 2000/XP
C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\Local Settings\Application Data\Perspector\library

Perspector 4 + Windows Vista
C:\Users\User Name\AppData\Local\Perspector\library

With Perspector 4, replace User Name with your Windows user name.

If the folder doesn't exist, create it.

3. Extract all of the zipped files into the library folder. Replace any files that are already in there. Make sure the extracted files are in the "library" folder, not a sub-directory.

4. Close PowerPoint if it is running, then open PowerPoint and go to the library. This should add the images to the library.
